The services provided by HD FTA Receiver is intended for legitimate useage only. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with all laws when using these products. It is a criminal offence to illegally access encrypted satellite signals. If you are using illegitimate methods to watch a pay television signal without compensating its owner, then you could be in violation of one or more laws, depending on your location, and may be subject to prosecution under the laws of your country. Please note that receiver software is incompatible across various models. If you upload the wrong software and create a problem with the receiver, this will not only void your warranty with the manufacturer, but may make the receiver inoperable. File transfer errors are entirely the user’s responsibility and HD FTA Receiver is not responsible for any problems that may result. The buyer of HD FTA Receiver services agrees to indemnity and hold harmless HD FTA Receiver, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, assigns, and affiliates, from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, and legal costs, brought against HD FTA Receiver in connection with any use or improper use of HD FTA Receiver services by the Buyer/User or a third party.
